Group Adult Foster Care
Personal Care Attendant Services:
They assist with “Activities of Daily Living” (ADLS) which include:
- Bathing
- Personal Hygiene
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Assistance with Mobility Transfer & Exercise
They assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLS):
- Shopping and Errands
- Meal Preparation
- Laundry and Light Housekeeping
Medication Reminders:
PCA’s do not administer medication but can remind the client to take medication at the right time.
Multidisciplinary Team Case Management:
- It consists of a Nurse for Medical Needs

- Nurse Supervision for Medical Needs
