"Improving Care, One Patient at a Time"

A Better Life Homecare LLC. is a Medicare accredited, CHAP certified home health agency that was formed by a group of nurses who had the vision and a mission of “improving care, one patient at a time.” We are also proud to be an approved provider by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to provide quality medical and non-medical services to eligible recipients via the following programs:

Adult Foster Care (AFC) “Caregiver Program”:

Adult Foster Care (AFC) is a program that allows persons above the age of 16 who need assistance with personal care tasks to remain in their home and community with a qualified and approved caregiver. This program works by providing financial assistance and support for family members or friends who act as the caregiver. In the AFC program the caregiver must reside in the same home as the recipient of care.

Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) “PCA Program”:

Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) is a Mass Health program that pays or personal care services to eligible Mass Health recipients 22 years and older living in approved subsidized housing. To qualify, clients must need help with at least one daily personal care task such as bathing and dressing.
